Pregnancy test: The ones you buy in the store are not totally accurate. If its been over one month that you have had sex and you have missed your period i would suggest a visit to your doctor and have a more accurate test done.

Yes: Sperm lives 7 days. Even with perfect timing u would have had implantation for over 2 weeks which should light it up. We generally never speak in absolutes but very low probability.
