How difficult is it to reverse a tubal ligation?

Depends: It depends on where the tubes were ligated. Sometimes total tubal removal is performed which cannot be reversed. A good tubal anastomosis can carry a pregnancy rate of approximately 60 to 80% after the micro reversal. The success rate depends on the experience of your micro surgeon.
