Blood in stool: Most common cause is hemorrhoid (internal or external). Next most common is a viral or bacterial infection. Next is a tumor in the colon or rectum & a colonoscopy is needed. If you have blood in urine as well, we need to know what your CBC, PT, PTT numbers are. Please consult with us so we can discuss further as blood in stool & urine has many possible diagnoses.
