I can get my finger about halfway in my vagina but then i feel like i can't go further in because theres some sort of wall blocking it?

If, however, you are not or were previoulsy able to pass your finger and can no longer do this, i would schedule a visit with your gynecologist.

Possibly : Though probably it is just a tightening of the vaginal wall muscles, occasionally a women may have a shortened vaginal length or another developmental irregularity that warrants further gyn evaluation.
