? Abnormal hymen: Advise evaluation primary physician or gynecologist. U probably have been using sanitary napkins because tampons, when soaked are likely wider than your finger.Hymenal rings are sometimes quite fibrous and rigid and require incision, by a specialist, prior to ability to achieve vaginal peneteration. There can be great variabilty in hymens , wide open, narrow, imperorate, septate or microperforate.

Most likely: A closed hymen ring so see a gyn as you can have a minor surgery done to open this up safer that doing it by intercourse whenever that time will be.
