Few options..: Safest and easiest/simplest to help is getting an evaluation by your doc to see if you have underlying problem--such as vascular insufficiency/diabetes/thyroid/blood pressure/testosterone trouble etc.. Once these are controlled/treated, medications such as cialis/levitra/viagra can help to improve and maintain erections. It is nothing like when u were 17, but these meds do help. Goodl luck .
