No: Not much you can do, but stair climbing or using a stairmaster type exercise equipment regularly and vigorously may help if you are cleared from the cardiovascular and orthopedic side for that type of exercise.

No: No. Fish oil will not help this. Exercising the gluteous muscles will help if you want increased glutes.
