A member asked:

Consumerlab says a lower dose of fish oil is better for epileptics, so is nature's way 500mg of red krill oil daily enough? or how much do i add on?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

DHA and EPA: I don't know the indication for fish oil in seizures but in general the active ingredients you are looking for are EPA and DHA and typically those are dosed at 500. So check the label.
