Collision: This is known as collisional dyspareunia. Some women find collision with the cervix during intercourse pleasurable & can lead to more intense orgasm. Some women find it painful. Most women have an opinion on this if asked. Can occur due to size discrepancy, uterine prolapse, cervical infections, & uterine retroversion (tilted uterus).
