Good chance so..: It is a med belong to the progestin class and one of the intended/side effect of use is amenorrhea--lack of period/mentrual flow. Some women may have some breakthrough bleeding while on this med..Often light flow and 'unpredictable" ask your questions/express your concern when you are prescribed medication. Good luck.

I have been taking Micronor (norethindrone) since December. I also had a d&c and polypectemy in February. I have had a period every 2 weeks. Is this normal?
