What is sperm motility?

Sperm motility: Grading scale: 0 = no motion. 1 = some head or tail movement, but no forward progress. 2 = feeble forward progress, not likely fast enough to swim against the current through the fallopian tube. 3 = rapid forward progression 4 = frenzied swimming (rarely seen in human sperm).
