Possible with...: If potential underlying causes were suspected, such as varicocele, vas obstruction, etc., surgical correction can be done and may help. For idiopathic condition, empirical use of clomiphene for 6 months may be tried. Of course, female partner needs to be evaluated because female factors for infertility counts for 40% of times wholly and 20-30 % of times partially.
