Not very many: Male hormonal birth control pills/shots/implants are still a long ways away. Clinical trials are happening at UCLA (Harbor) and University of Washington (Seattle) and they are promising. For the time being, men can use male/female condoms, get a vasectomy, withdraw, be aware of their partner's fertile times, and abstain. Condoms probably the best option if used correctly.
