Here r a few ideas: Improve sperm count by having less sex & masturbation; cutting out alcohol; avoiding hot baths and tight underwear that can raise heat in testicles; good nutrition and increase folic acid; lose weight; reduce stress. Too much intense exercise can cause a testosterone deficiency.
