See a your doctor: For men, once a vasectomy has been performed, the options are a vasectomy reversal, or a sperm extraction. Speak to a urologist about these options. For women, egg harvesting is also an option if having a your tubal ligation reversed is not an option.

Tubal reversal, IVF: I hope you weren't really forced. Tubal reversal surgery or ivf (in vitro fertilization) or donor embryos are the options - which is best depends on how your tubes were tied (cut, burned, clips or rings), how much tube was removed, whether your partner has any sperm problems, and your age & egg supply. See a fertility md who offers both. Reversal is around $6000 in tx - see tubalreversalusa.Com.
