Does testosterone cause your erections?

Sort of: Testosterone is the responsible for libido (in both men and women) and libido is the starting point for sexual arousal.

It is a start: In order to get an erection, the blood supply into the penis has to be greater than the blood supply coming out of the penis. This is controlled by valves in the blood vessels which are controlled by nerves which are stimulated during arousal which is enhanced by testosterone. In other words, it is complicated!
