Not real likely: Hopefully you put the condom on the same way and not inside out. Taking the plan B makes it also not very likely you conceived, but it's probably time to get on regular birth control. Also, next time don't use the same condom.

Low: If you took plan B within 6 hrs, pregnancy risk is very low.
