No: If ovulation has been documented by testing(serum progesterone) and you are taking triphasil (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) every day at the same time each day, no it is not normal. It might be time for a "pinch hitter"(another pill type) as triphasil (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) may not be "stepping up to the plate" for you. Ask your md for advice.
