So my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex and i took plan b 3 hours after that. i got my period but it was heavier & shorter. can i still get pregnant?

Likely not pregnant.: If you took Plan B and had a period after the episode of intercourse, its unlikely that you are pregnant. However, if you want to be sure, you can do a home pregnancy test. They are available without a prescription at most pharmacies. You may want to get on a regular birth control pill (Plan A!) as they are much more reliable than Plan B. Best wishes!
