What cna i do for lumpy breasts which i have always had?

Patience: Most women's breasts are "lumpy-bumpy", especially after (multiple) pregnancies +/- breastfeeding. This is because most of the breast consists of fat; the islands of milk-producing tissue tend to consolidate and change in response to hormonal changes. This should be no cause for concern and this should improve after menopause. However, don't become complacent-any new lump warrants evaluation.
