1) It might: ASCUS Atypical Cells of Uncertain Signficiance is the commonest abnormal finding and is usually nothing to worry about. I am not sure what "cyst" means, it could mean warts but the only way to know for sure is to ask him or her. I take it you are pregnant. Ask the doctor about this at your next antenatal appointment.
