Nerves: There are as many nerve endings in the small clitoris as in the entire penis so it is extremely sensitive and he will please you more if the strokes very lightly or in the area but not directly. Hope this helps.

Possible infection: It is possible that you have yeast or some other type of skin infection/irritation that is making your clitoris so sensitive. Please see a doctor as soon as possible for pelvic exam to get diagnosis and treatment. There is something wrong if you are having pain.
