Highly unlikely: Deep works almost immediately and you do not have sex until four days later. Furthermore you were on the pill before. It is very unlikely that pregnancy would have occurred. You can check a pregnancy test 10-14 days after intercourse if you need verification but it will be negative.

Unlikely, but...: Pregnancy sounds like it would be unlikely, but there's only one way to really know, and that's with a home pregnancy test.

Unlikely: As long as you got the Depo (Depo-Provera) shot before having unprotected sex, you should be OK. It's not a bad idea to do a urine pregnancy test in a week, just to be sure.
