Rejection: A properly implanted testicle might produce more testosterone. But the implant would be foreign tissue and the body would reject it. It would survive only with a high level anti-rejection cascade of drugs with serious side effects. That assumes you would find someone to do it and a proper donor. Taking supplements is the far more reliable route.
