My right testicle hurts when i touch it from above. not the veins above testicle, but actual testicle from above. if i do not touch it, it is normal.

Need more info: Depends on your age. My advice is to consult with a urologist. Something may be happening in the area that you are concerned about and you may need an ultrasound to make sure nothing "is brewing".

Testicular pain: this is not normal and you need to seek medical attention for physical exam.
