Depot Side Effects: The side effects of a depot can include all the sx you describe: http://www.Drugs.Com/sfx/depo-provera-side-effects.Html. Of course, they are also signs of pregnancy. I would repeat the pregnancy test to be sure, but either way, you might want to call your gynecologist and discuss it with him.
