See a doctor: You may have a sebaceous cyst or abscess that need to be incised and drained.

See a doctor: Hi. That needs an in-person evaluation by a doctor. We can't evaluate you over the internet, but a bloody, pusy lesion that's been there for months needs to be evaluated. Good luck!

Time to see doctor: and get it drained and on antibiotics.
