Ear: may be a skin or sebaceous cyst or an embryologic cyst. have it checked out with an ent rather than popping it yourself

Needs visit: It is impossible to make a dx without an exam Remember, each time you "drain or pop" without sterile technique, there is a change of infection. I would suggest warm, moist packs 3-4 times per day for 14 min each time, and then get health care visit.
