Fordyce spots: White nodules on the penis are often benign Fordyce spots that can be treated by a dermatologist if you really want them off. If this is truly scabies you do not want to be putting coal tar on your penis. See your doctor for a prescription for a scabicide since there are no OTC medications of any value.
