Ball: That ball may be a hemorrhoid or possibly a rectal abscess. See if sitz baths and application of anti-hemorrhoidal ointment shrink the enlarging ball.

Get eval: could be a hemorrhoid or possibly a rectal abscess, etc. Get an eval to have it properly diagnosed and treated.
