See doctor/therapist: Obsessive Compusive Disorder is an anxiety disorder. It can be life altering by taking away from the meaningful activities of a happy and healthy life. If it manifests in sexual areas it can also put you at risk for infections and pregnancy. It is best to see your doctor for possible medication and see a therapist for ongoing counseling. Try to find therapist that is expert in sexual issues.

Subspecialist needed: Intrusive sexual thoughts are common. Typically people brush them off as random fantasies & move on with their day. If thoughts are really frequent &/or only relieved by performing an action (compulsion) to the point that it disrupts living your life, then that becomes problematic. There is help; consider cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) & SSRI. Check out : http://www.ocdtypes.com/sexual-ocd.php

A/W Dr. Robertson: Combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and possibly psychotropic medication (such as SSRI) may be effective for your symptoms. Take care.
