Stop Pills: Throw out your current pill pack, have your period, and restart your new pill pack as prescribed (on Sunday if you do a Sunday start). If this happens frequently, you need to find a better form of contraception that suits your lifestyle so that you do not run such a high risk of unintended pregnancy.
