Chlamydia: depending on the medication you may want to wait a little before trying to get pregnant. Just to make sure the medication is out of your system. Unless it was a severe case left untreated for a period of time I don't think your fertility is impaired (scarring of the fallopian tubes). You might try an ovulation predictor kit to determine your most fertile time Good Luck
