See your doctor: The bulge is most likely benign, but a pelvic ultrasound would help to rule out things like cysts or fibroids. See your doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.

Pelvic pain: At age 21, large fibroids are uncommon, but possible, and ovarian cysts can also occur. If serum pregnancy tests are negative, see your healthcare provider and obtain a pelvic ultrasound. Pelvic pain can also occur with prolonged urinary tract infections (URI's) and remember, not all produce the usual symptoms. Herpes Vaginalis cystitis can also mimic your symptoms.
