Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. And, frottage can easily transmit herpes which can stay dormant for YEARS then pop out.
BUT
1) first appearance tends to be within 2 week of infection,
2) tends to be multple fluid filled blisters
3) tends to be painful
warts on the other hand.....take time to pop out, are hard, solid, painless.
