Maybe...: It could be something else, for example a viral syndrome, since unless you have been having sex before this time it is not expected to have symptoms like that associated with pregnancy after 9 days. However if you have been active before then you should definitely check for pregnancy. If the test is negative and symptoms persist make sure you get evaluated.
