Does penile lymphocele or any other lumps on penis causes erectile dysfunction ?

Lymphangitis?: A lymphocele of the penis would be unlikely. Sclerosing lymphangitis, related to rough masturbation or sex, is self limited, though it can make the penis look quite ill. As for other lumps, Peyronies Disease causes firm plaques to arise in the deep part of the penis, which can result in erectile dysfunction.
