21-35 days: It is normal to have a period every 21-35 days. There are many options to decrease menstrual bleeding and regulate your cycle. Birth control methods will help. Mirena (levonorgestrel) can reduce or eliminate the cycle. Lysteda is a non hormonal medication. If you are done having children an endometrial ablation can be an option.
