Bacterial vaginosis?: It sounds like you may have bacterial vaginosis. This will require testing with the doctor and then if confirmed treatment with antibiotics. Bacterial vaginosis is an overgrowth of normal vaginal bacteria. It is not a sexually transmitted disease. It causes a foul smelling vaginal discharge. Urinary incontinence is another possibility.
