Not diagnostic: The only way you'll know if you have an STD or not to by getting to a doctor and getting things cultured and checked out. Tingling in the scrotal region following fellatio is not a common symptom of an STD but if you are concerned about the person you were with it's still worth checking out. I'm assuming "month" is supposed to typed "moUth?"
