Penile discomfort: If you did have rough intercourse like you admit and there is no chance you were exposed to std, then i would assume there may have been some trauma done to your penis during the intercourse that is taking time to heal. Sometimes it takes longer than we think it should but if you are getting better, that's encouraging. If not, however, see doc.
