Secondary:aging , liver/kidney, diabetes, autoimmune,obesity, pituitary/ hypothalmus medications. Medications: alcohol, opioids, SSRIs, tranquilizers, antipsychotics, b blocker, spirinolactone, antihistamines, H2 blocker( cimetidine), statins, steroid inhalers, and lastly stress.
