Vaginal pH?: There are bacterial infections that can alter your vaginal balance, so it's best to get examined and treated with the right medication. In the meantime, there are some over the counter vaginal inserts that can help. "luvena" and "rephresh" are both good for this purpose. Vaginal probiotics can be helpful too, but they must be inserted. It doesn't help much to take them orally.
