Vaginal bleeding : The list of possibilities for bleeding at 46 years old are so varied that this would be better handled at a physician's office. At 46 sometimes there is an imbalance of estrogen and progesterone that leads to endometrial overgrowth and bleeding but without an exam or imaging there is no way to know - especially with this discharge. Please see a physician.
