Vaginitis: Not all vaginal infections are STDs, so you probably need an examination with cultures to see what is causing the odor. In addition many women with STDs did not believe until they were told they had one that their partner was going outside of the relationship.

Eating garlic?: Garlic is very pungent, it can be excreted in sweat and in any other bodily secretion. If you have recently tested negative for STD's then you have nothing to worry about.
