I'm guessing...: ...That you're referring to lichen sclerosus (formerly known as lichen sclerosus et atrophicus). If so, yes, there are treatments, but they're all prescription strength, so you'll need to see a dermatologist. Don't wait too long, because it gets harder to treat the longer it's there.
