Do a pregnancy test: Check pregnancy test. If it is positive, you are pregnant. It is still possible although with low chance.

Tied tubes & late : No method if birth control is 100%. So yes, you need to do a pregnancy test ASAP. Ectopic pregnancy ( occurs when the pregnancy is stuck in the Fallopian tubes) is a risk factor after your tubal surgery. If you are, you need to go to the nearest ER. Follow up with your doctor as soon as possible.
