Yeast or STD: Your symptoms have several possible causes. White and itchy discharge with clumps is typically due to a yeast infection. Have you taken antibiotics lately? That is a known cause. You can use over the counter vaginal yeast creams until you can get seen by your doctor this week. If you have abdominal pain or fever, or have much more pain, go to ER or call your doc.
