Wait for menses!: If you are trying to time ovulation ,you need to know your average cycle lengthi.e.the 1st day of 1cycle to the 1 day of the next cycle.take 3months divide by 3toget average length.subtract 14 from that cycle length.This will give you an idea of when ovulation occurs
