At recommended doses: yes, they are often used together. Iron is relatively easy to take too much of, so don't go over the recommended amt.s

I don't see why not: There are many birth control pills on the market with iron in it. You may want to check with your doctor (PCP or GYN) to see if you even need iron in the first place. Hope that helps!
